Meet the mum-to-be still working out at EIGHT MONTHS pregnant who says ‘exercising stopped the nausea’ during her first trimester
For Vicky Sim, when she became pregnant last year it wasn’t even a question that she would stop working out. And now, eight months later, the fitness trainer from Melbourne is still exercising each day. She even said it helped with her nausea during her first trimester.

Paul started with us in 2009 looking for something different than the usual gym set up. He was getting bored with the normal gym environment as well as the monotony of the weight training/cardio regime that it provided, and was interested in our wide variety of classes and resistance training programs.
Paul came to us at a weight of 144kg and was looking to shed that weight and achieve his all-time goal of 90kg. With the correct eating plan plus our training program that includes resistance bootcamp training, boxing training and core strength exercises, Paul got down to 86kgs and was able to lose a total of 58kgs and achieve his all time goal!!
As you can see by the pictures, Paul has brought in the exact shirt he initially wore when he first walked through our doors!
We are happy to say that Paul is still a member at BoxingFit, he has kept the weight off and he is living his life to the fullest!
