With gyms currently located in Hoppers Crossing and Port Melbourne, the facilities available are second to none. All gyms are fully staffed for the safety and security of our members with opening hours meaning that there is never an excuse not to train.

All our trainers are fully qualified personal trainers and are experienced boxers.
With over 30 different types of class, whatever your motivation to exercise there will be a number of classes to suit. Each half hour class will see you burn up to 500 calories!
