It’s a love – hate relationship with burpees, but we all need to learn how to embrace them.
Burpees are an intense full body exercise, that burn a lot of calories. With it working out your full body, in every rep, you’ll work your arms, chest, quads, gluts, hamstring and abs. After a few sets, you will feel the burn. Burpees are also a great full body strengthening exercise, and is great for developing conditioning and endurance.
We include burpees in many of our classes. They are tough but we can assure you that they are a great workout. Make sure to do them and put your full effort into them.
