Has your cheat meal ever turned into a cheat day or week?! If so we have found some tips from the experts about the dos and don’ts of a cheat meal. 1. Don’t get consumed by guilt after your cheat meal- if you eat right the rest of the time there is no reason to feel guilty about a little sugar 😉 2. Don’t punish yourself by not eating the rest of the day 3.Do try and have a little treat each day so you satisfy your cravings 4. Try and pinpoint what you are craving and try and find a healthier alternative so you don’t feel so bad about your cheat meal 5. Organise to have your cheat meal with friends at a restaurant so you don’t over-indulge 6. If you are craving something have that something, but stick to the suggested serving size.
