Food Food Food!

During this holiday season we seem to eat a lot more then we usually do, so we have listed a few hot tips to help you stay on track.

  1. Workout first thing in the morning which will get it out of the way and put you in a good mood for your day.
  2. Have something to eat before you go out. This will help fill you up and help curb the cravings at dessert time.
  3. Use your legs rather than your car! Walk as much as possible.
  4. Have a water bottle with you at all times to help fill you up and keep you hydrated!
