Protein Smoothie recipe

It is important after a workout to fuel your body with nutritious foods that will help repair and replenish your body.
Below is a quick and easy recipe you can whip up.

In a blender put a scoop of your choice of protein powder, 1 cup of your choice of milk, 1 cup of ice, 1 cup of frozen berries, tea spoon of chia seeds, coconut flakes and 1 frozen banana. Whip it all up and you can either serve it in a cup or in a bowl and eat it like ice cream ????
