A Medicine ball work out is one of the oldest forms of strength and conditioning used to improve health, power and speed. Our Medi Ball class is a 30 minute class, dedicated to medicine ball, focusing on building core strength. All rounds are completed with a weighted Medi Ball, doing rounds of squats, push ups, lunges and ab work outs. The class is listed as one of our advance classes but if you find the class to easy, challenge yourself and increase the weight of your Medi Ball.
