BoxingFit Training For All Camp isn’t just a training program;
It’s a comprehensive, customised journey designed to help you reach your full potential. Over 9 weeks, you’ll experience tailored training in our state-of-the-art gym, benefiting from the expertise of our 8 professional coaches.
We teach authentic boxing techniques, from footwork to counterpunching, all the way to getting your hand raised in victory. Our camp welcomes all skill levels, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced boxer.
As a capstone to your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to compete in our exclusive show at the end of the camp, where we transform our gym into an electrifying boxing venue. At BoxingFit, we don’t just train fighters—we make winners.
MEET THE COACHES
Liam has run our 3 previous fight nights as head coach for BoxingFit, Liam loves teaching real boxing; the sweet science.
With a firm belief in his training Liam knows he can help you reach your goals in the ring. Film study, sparring, padwork, footwork and a high boxing IQ will be delivered through Liam’s training.
As an experienced and dedicated boxing coach with 25 amateur matches, Liam has qualified for three national tournaments representing Team Victoria and fought internationally in Ireland. Trained by Olympic coach Marcos Amado, he aims to teach you everything he knows and more.
Omar Haddoumi, an Italian Moroccan boxing coach and fighter, is passionate about sharing the gift of boxing with everyone. With over 60 fights and a state championship title in Italy, his experience and knowledge are just what you need to learn how to fight!
Omar will be coaching alongside Liam delivering knowledge and tips on performance with his high experience in boxing Omar’s IQ as a coach is very high, he wishes to see all his fighters perform at their best.
Dean Amiott is one of our most sought-after trainers, boasting 20-25 years of experience in the fitness industry. Dean has had 16 professional fights in the 80s and has been with BoxingFit for 3 years.
He is passionate about bringing out the best in people and showing them they can achieve things they never thought possible. Specialising in strength and conditioning as well as boxing, Dean is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals by any means necessary.
Liam Howard, hailing from Manchester, England, is dedicated to transforming lives through boxing. With three amateur fights under his belt, Liam’s journey into boxing began as a means to overcome being picked on during his early teens for his height and skinny frame.
The sport has taken his confidence and discipline through the roof, and now he’s passionate about helping others achieve the same.

Advanced Strength and Conditioning
Our camp follows a powerful strength and conditioning component to complement your boxing skills. Engage in targeted workouts designed to build explosive power, improve endurance, and enhance overall athletic performance.
Sparring Sessions
Apply your skills in controlled, supervised sparring sessions. Our Olympic-sized ring offers a safe environment to test your techniques, build confidence, and gain valuable ring experience. Sparring is an integral part of the camp, designed to enhance your practical skills and tactical understanding.
1:1 Training
Enjoy personalised 1:1 training with our top coaches. These one-on-one sessions focus on refining your technique, developing your strategy, and addressing any specific areas for improvement. Gain hands-on guidance and feedback tailored to your individual needs.
DEXA Scans
Benefit from cutting-edge DEXA scans to accurately measure body composition and track your progress. These scans provide detailed insights into your muscle mass, body fat, and bone density, allowing us to fine-tune your training and nutrition strategies for optimal results.
Recovery Sessions
Recovery is crucial for peak performance. Our camp includes dedicated recovery sessions featuring infrared sauna access, stretching routines, and muscle rolling techniques to help you recover faster, reduce soreness, and prevent injuries.
Your Fight
At the end of our 8 week training camp we host on of Melbourne’s biggest exhibition fight shows here at our very own gym, stripping down the equipment transforming into our very own boxing venue, with our centred ring, loud music, drinks and food packages, cheap tickets and great Melbourne community our events are off the charts! You will be showcasing your skills on the main stage! (Please note this is optional and not all participants must fight).
