The BoxingFit 6 Week Challenge is designed to help you kickstart your health and fitness journey in 2024! Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, improve your fitness or start building healthy habits – this challenge is the perfect place to begin.

Our qualified and experienced personal trainers will take you through 6 weeks of workouts, with 3 group training sessions per week. The BoxingFit 6 Week Challenge is catered for beginner to intermediate fitness levels.

The 6 Week Challenge Includes:
