Tiffanie Cook is a 2 time state champion boxer and all-time legendary human, Tiff shares her boxing expertise and knowledge on her podcast “rolling with the punches” where she discusses boxing related topics with her followers.
When asked to train the girls for this challenge Tiff was excited and willing to share her knowledge having had a great amount of fights experience she is a perfect role model for the ladies only fight camp.
We absolutely cannot wait to have the girls trained by someone with such great knowledge and experience!

Cassie McAleece is a country girl and student pilot who has been training under Nathan Alison at Addiction Muay Thai since 2019.
She recently won Silver at Muay Thai Australia’s National Championships and is determined to bring home the Gold next year.
Cassie has also competed in boxing and is more than ready to train you, having developed her boxing skills to complement her Muay Thai experience. Mentored and trained by Coach Liam Gallagher, Cassie provides top-notch guidance and support.
Cassie believes that all women should have the chance to train and the option to fight. Growing up, she wasn’t allowed to fight and often found herself as the only girl in countless training sessions.
Despite these challenges, Cassie persevered and followed her dreams. She is proud of her journey and wants to share the confidence, self-respect, and discipline that combat sports have given her.
Cassie is committed to helping other women experience these benefits as she continues to grow in her own journey.
In addition to technical training, Coach Liam Gallagher will assist with programming strength and conditioning to ensure you are in peak physical condition.
