Where is BoxingFit?

Find us at 4/11 Salmon Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria, 3207.

What time is BoxingFit open?

BoxingFit is open 24/7 for all members. Our reception is staffed from Monday to Friday from 6am to 7:30pm.

Where Can I Park?

BoxingFit has an onsite car park for members to use. You can enter the BoxingFit carpark from Tarver Street. There is also street parking available on Salmon Street.

Do I Need to Book In to Attend a Class?

If it’s your first time visiting us, please book in a free trial.

If you’re a member, there is no need to book in classes. Simply check the timetable and drop by for any 30 minute class that suits you!

If you’re a returning visitor (using a Casual Day Pass) you do not need to book in to attend classes. Simply visit during our reception hours which is Monday to Friday from 6am – 7:30pm.

Do You Offer Casual Day Passes?

Yes, a casual day pass is $15. Get full access to the BoxingFit facility, including the weights, cardio and free box areas for a whole day. You may also participate in an unlimited number of group fitness and boxing classes.

Only available during staffed hours (6am to 7:30pm Monday to Friday, 8am to 12pm Saturday).

Do You Have Showers?

Yes, there are showers in our male and female bathrooms upstairs. There is a disabled bathroom downstairs which is accessible near the reception area.

Do You Have a Sauna?

We have an infrared sauna available for $20 per 45 minute session. Please book in by emailing the team at [email protected] or visiting the reception desk during staffed hours.

The All Inclusive Membership includes unlimited infrared sauna sessions. Please book ahead to guarantee the sauna is available and pre-heated for your session.

How Many Boxing Rings Are There?

We have 2 Jim Bradley Boxing Rings. The main Olympic ring downstairs at BoxingFit is available to use during 1:1 sessions with our trainers. The smaller upstairs ring is available for members to use during their own time.

All sparring must be supervised.

Do You Have Boxing Classes for Beginners?

We sure do! All green classes on the timetable are suitable for beginners. You can view our timetable here: Timetable

We recommend trying a Boxing Circuit class first for anyone who is just getting started!

What Do I Need to Bring to a Class?

Gloves can be loaned whilst you are on a trial, and they need to be purchased once joining. We sell these at our gym or you can purchase externally. Wraps are compulsory to classes, we also have these available at our reception from $15 a pair or $8 for inner gloves

Can I Train Without Shoes?

We require all members to wear closed-toe shoes during all group fitness classes. You may train barefoot in the Free Box Area.
