We can’t wait for you to check out the gym, you will love it.
Before you start here is a bit of a run down:
You are required to wear wraps & gloves during our classes. We ask that you please ensure you have these before your class begins. If you do not own wraps or gloves, we do sell them at reception.
I acknowledge that:
1. I do not have any pre-existing injuries and am physically and mentally sound to proceed with a normal course of exercise;
2. BoxingFit may at its sole discretion cancel my membership at any time, including but not limited to where BoxingFit is of the view that I am not physically and mentally sound to continue with the membership;
3. During such times whilst on the premises, both my property and my person shall be at my own risk and that I will not hold BoxingFit or any of its staff members liable for any personal injury or less; and
4. During the course of attending BoxingFit, photographs and moving images may be taken.
I agree to follow BoxingFit’s Hygiene policy:
*I will use hand sanitiser on entry of gym, located at the front desk and at the 24 hour door.
*I will wipe every piece of equipment with disinfectant before and after use – this includes floor mats, mediballs, dumb-bells, and all weights equipment.
*I will bring my towel to my session
*I agree to use the facility and equipment safely and properly. In the case I do not know how to use the equipment, I agree to ask staff how to use it first.
*The use of any boxing ring, focus pads, and any form of sparring is prohibited outside of staffed hours.
*The premises have CCTV security cameras recording 24-hours a day (except in bathrooms) and may have remote video guarding services. This system is used for security purposes but does not guarantee against harm. You should contact staff if you have questions on this.
*In the case of emergency, press emergency button located on the left hand side of the 24/7 access door and follow regular emergency procedures.
*You must not let anyone else into the club

Fight Club Membership
50% of remaining or $300″. The other thing here is, if they cancel from Fight Club, they cannot fight in the fight night – full stop. They must have an active Fight Club membership to fight in fight night.
1. CANCELLATION NOTICE
30 days notice required to cancel a Fighters Club Membership.
A Fighters Club membership has a minimum term of 6 weeks.
2. CANCELLATION FEE
Our Fighters Club membership attracts a cancellation fee 50% of the total remaining contract value, or $300. Which-ever is more.
If the member relocates permanently to a location further than 25km’s from any BoxingFit 24/7 Gym, the cancellation fee is reduced to $100. Written proof of relocation is required, such as a new lease agreement or contract of sale.
If the member sustains an injury or illness that prevents them from continuing to safely visit any BoxingFit 24/7 Gym, the cancellation fee is reduced to $100. A medical certificate is required.
3. SUSPENSIONS
Contract can be suspended as per terms and conditions: No charge for suspensions. All suspensions require 2 weeks notice.
4. PAYMENTS/DEBTOR FEES
A Late fee of $10 is charged for all missed or late payments
Unpaid accounts will be sent to debt collection where, you will indemnify Boxing Fit and will be liable for, all loss and damage, out-of-pocket expenses and all other reasonable expenses and disbursements incurred by Boxing Fit in this matter, including but not limited to legal costs on a solicitor/own basis, search fees and debt collection costs and any other contingent expenses incurred by Boxing Fit for the enforcement of any obligations Boxing Fit are at liberty to take against you, for the recovery of money owed by you to Boxing Fit.
If your account is overdue, we will require you to either pay off everything outstanding and BoxingFit will cancel your membership as soon as payment is made or your membership payments will continue to roll over, adding onto the current outstanding balance you have.
5. TAILGATING
You must not let anyone else into the club, or let anyone else use your FOB key/access card. If you break this term you will be subject to the following fee’s;
First offence – written warning
Second offence – $250 fee debited on your next membership payment
Third offence – $500 fee debited on your next membership payment
6. I UNDERSTAND & AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
All memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, including Fight Camp & Any Fitness Challenges I choose to participate in.
Replacement FOB keys will be charged at $20 if lost or misplaced.

Personal training ongoing T’s & C’s
*Membership is non-transferable and non-refundable.
*Late payment fee: $10
*24 hour notice is required for any cancellation of personal training sessions. If less than 24 hours notice is given, the session will be lost and charged as normal.
*Minimum term 1 month.
*Termination: 2 weeks notice is required to terminate your ongoing p/t sessions.
6 Week Challenge Terms & Conditions
Member-
$299 Upfront OR $50 p/w for 6 weeks
Non- Member-
$399 Upfront OR $67 p/w for 6 weeks

Infra-red Sauna
• Please sanitize/wash your hands before entering the sauna.
•You must bring your own towel and water bottle to your session.
•It is recommended to drink at least 750ml of water or electrolyte to rehydrate.
•Food or drink (other than a sealed water bottle) are not permitted in the sauna.
•Appropriate clothing must be worn while in the sauna i.e. bathing suit, wrap or other item.
•You must sit on a towel during your session. Do NOT sit directly on the timber bench.
•Do NOT place a towel over the floor heater.
•Do NOT hang clothes or towels over the sauna heating panels.
•It is recommended that you bring loose, comfortable clothing to change into after your session.
