Join us for a fantastic fitness experience tailored just for kids and their families, guided by our dedicated team of trainers!

Kids Club is 4pm-4.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 10.30am-11am on a Saturday!

Kids Club is every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon from 4:30pm – 5:00pm.

There is also a combined Kids Club and Parents Class every Saturday from 10:30am to 11:00am.
