MEET THE TEAM

Alex has been a Personal Trainer since 2008 and is highly experienced in training a wide-range of people. He has fought as an amateur boxer and now fights as a professional boxer. Alex is a certified boxing instructor and helps our members improve their boxing skills and technique.

Alex specialises in:

  • 1:1 Boxing and Personal Training
  • BoxingFit Group Classes
  • A no-nonsense approach to training members with sessions that will be challenging and exciting while getting you results

Liam is a personal trainer with accreditation from boxing Victoria level 1 and 2. He has experience working with both amateurs and professional boxers. Liam has a particular passion in training the basics of boxing and real self-defence skills for kids.

Cat Withers

Cat specialises in 1:1 personal training and nutrition for women at BoxingFit.

Cat is a Nutritionist who has also completed her Cert 3/4 in Fitness, a Masters Certificate in Female Fitness Programming and is certified in Pre and Post Natal Training.

Liam Howard

Liam Howard is a Personal Trainer from the UK. He specialises in boxing training and has won several of his own fights back at home and here in Australia. Coach Liam works with beginners who are looking to learn the art of boxing and develop their skills.

Zoe

Zoe is the gym manager at BoxingFit Port Melbourne. She is the friendly face who welcomes our members at the front desk, and the person who keeps our gym running!
