Join the BoxingFit Fight Camp!

Coach Liam Gallagher will take you through 10 weeks of strategic training, with 4 sessions per week. Each session will have a different focus, such as Padwork, Footwork, Sprints, Defence Drills, Sparring, Shadow Boxing and Recovery.

At the end of the Fight Camp, you will put your boxing skills to the test at the BoxingFit Fight Night! Step in the ring and fight against your match.
