During this holiday season we seem to eat a lot more then we usually do, so we have listed a few hot tips to help you stay on track.
- Workout first thing in the morning which will get it out of the way and put you in a good mood for your day.
- Have something to eat before you go out. This will help fill you up and help curb the cravings at dessert time.
- Use your legs rather than your car! Walk as much as possible.
