Don’t be fooled when you see the word sugar. An apple contains 10g of sugar and and plain cupcake contain 10g of sugar. What’s the difference?! Simply, eat the fruit! Fruit contains fructose which is much better for you instead of the nasty refined sugar in the cupcake. So grab an apple instead of a cupcake next time, trust me your body will thank you 🙂
