Give the Strength Circuit class a go

Strength circuit is one of our weighted classes that we offer. As part of a boxers training regime, they incorporate weighted strength training to ensure that their body is built up and can take on the punches. Strength circuit is an intense 30 minute weighted class, focusing on building one’s core and body strength.
Make sure to give this class a go. Though it’s one of our advanced level classes, everyone can try it out to give themselves a challenge.
